The Ministry of Agriculture will ban four highly toxic pesticides including Omethoate CAS:1113-02-6, Carbofuran CAS:1563-66-2, Methomyl CAS:16752-77-5 , and Aldicarb CAS:116-06-3.
Starting from December 1, 2023, the licensing authority will cancel the registration of Omethoate, Carbofuran, Methomyl, and Aldicarb preparation products. Agricultural formulation manufacturers are no longer allowed to produce these four pesticides. But products that have been produced legally can be sold and used within the quality guarantee period. Y sales and use are prohibited from December 1, 2025. Only the export of original drugs by original drug manufacturers will be retained. Implement closed operation supervision on exports.
