    Mechanism of Action

    Imazamox works by inhibiting the enzyme acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS), also known as acetolactate synthase (ALS). This enzyme is essential for the synthesis of branched-chain amino acids like leucine, isoleucine, and valine.
